Upgrade Information:

Latest release: Firco Compliance Link version 4.3 (for Hosted / SaaS clients)

Release timeframe:

If you leverage the solution as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) / on a cloud environment hosted by LexisNexis® Risk Solutions (formerly Accuity), the application will be upgraded automatically during the dates below. For questions regarding downtime, please check the login pages.

Existing intranet (installed) customers will need to upgrade to the latest version to take advantage of the new enhancements and features. The latest installation packages for version 4.3 will be available in Q4 2021. We are currently targeting November 31st, 2021. Please reach out to your account manager or contact us here if you would like to upgrade.

New Features & Benefits:

Firco Compliance Link v4.3 will empower client teams to achieve more precise and efficient financial crime screening. Some of the new features and benefits of the upcoming release:

  • Bolster your enterprise’s security and improve your compliance team’s productivity with our new, streamlined Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • With Firco Compliance Link v4.3, customers can now leverage their own external identity providers for Compliance Link SSO via Security Assertation Markup Language (SAML), reducing the number of credentials your team needs to manage.
  • Strengthen your organization’s security posture with increased antivirus protection in Compliance Link and Automated Screening Manager (ASM).
  • Robust antivirus capabilities have been integrated into hosted environments to scan files attached to cases in Compliance Link and ASM, protecting you against malicious threats.
  • Gain deeper insights into your compliance team’s activity and decisions with an enhanced audit trail for ASM Case Review.
  • The audit trail now displays when your input records have been created, changed, deactivated, and reactivated, augmenting transparency and visibility.

Hosted Customers will upgrade automatically after the release. Due to the changes made to the user interface, we recommend that a hard refresh is executed after deployment so that all changes come through correctly. We also recommend that you review the new documentation for this release, provided on the right menu of this page. Additionally, please note the maintenance times associated with this release so that your team will be prepared for the coming changes.

Intranet (installed) customers should upgrade to the newest version once it is available to them to take advantage of the new features and functionality. Considered a best practice for our clients, upgrading to the newest release ensures that your organization is equipped with the most current and secure platform for your compliance screening.
