Edouard Metzger
VP for Payment Efficiency, LexisNexis® Risk SolutionsEd Metzger is an experienced financial services executive and leader. Today, Ed is the Vice President for Payments business within LexisNexis® Risk Solutions, which includes the Bankers Almanac business. Recently he additionally took on leadership responsibility for the Platforms business, which includes RiskNarrative and the DDP platform that powers the ThreatMetrix product family.
Prior to that, Ed progressed through a variety of roles over the last twenty years during his time with Banco Santander, Barclays and Accenture. This included the creation and scale up of two payment focused Fintech companies funded by Santander, leading as Commercial/Sales Director, Head of Product, Chief Technology Officer and Head of Operations. Previously during his time in core banking, he worked in senior leadership positions ranging from leading Transformation to Head of Innovation to Strategy.

Sophie Lagouanelle
VP Product Screening, LexisNexis® Risk SolutionsSophie Lagouanelle is the Vice President of Financial Crime Screening at LexisNexis® Risk Solutions. She is globally responsible for defining and executing product strategy and roadmap for Fircosoft Enterprise real-time transaction screening.
Sophie and her team see that the Firco Continuity product evolves to meet latest challenges of large and complex organizations requiring to secure their sanctions compliance programs. Sophie has 20 years of experience designing and implementing compliance and financial software both in America and Europe. She holds an MBA in Information Systems and Marketing, and her subject matter expertise includes sanctions compliance, risk management and financial customer relationship management.

Jonny Bell
Director, Financial Crime Compliance Strategy, LexisNexis® Risk SolutionsJonny Bell holds commercial and strategic responsibility for financial crime and compliance portfolio for LexisNexis® Risk Solutions across the UKI, Europe, Middle East & Africa.
With 10+ years of experience working in financial services, technology, compliance risk and strategy consulting, Bell applies his extensive project management expertise and experience towards driving business profitability and maintaining effective organic growth.
Bell began his career working with top global financial institutions focusing on horizontal functions including risk, compliance and technology. Following four years of consulting, he went on to work for London Stock Exchange Group (Refinitiv), where his most recent role was as head of business operations and strategy for the risk division.
Bell holds a degree in archaeology and ancient history from the University of Nottingham, where he was also athletic union president. A keen sportsman, Jonny is a professional rugby league player with the London Skolars Rugby League.
Today Bell lives in Dubai with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys playing most sports, reading and travelling.
